Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 8, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Guardian Debt Services, operated by Charles Chamberlain (“Guardian Debt Services,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), may collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process information in connection with guardiandebtservices.com, our advertising activities, and telephone calls initiated through the website.

Our role

Guardian Debt Services is a marketing and lead-generation service. We are not a lender, creditor, law firm, credit-repair organization, or debt-relief provider.

Eligible callers may be connected with an independent third-party debt-relief provider. That provider may collect information directly from callers and will be responsible for its own privacy practices.

Information we may collect

Depending on how the website and related services are used, we or our service providers may collect:

  • Internet Protocol address, browser type, operating system, device type, language, and approximate location.
  • Pages visited, visit time, referral information, advertising identifiers, and website interactions.
  • UTM parameters, campaign identifiers, ad-set identifiers, ad identifiers, and similar attribution information.
  • Preliminary eligibility selections made through the website quiz.
  • Call metadata, including the tracking number used, call time, duration, caller geography, routing result, and campaign attribution.
  • Information voluntarily provided when contacting us by email.
  • Information provided directly to an independent third-party provider during a telephone call.

Preliminary eligibility questions

The website may ask preliminary questions about state of residence, approximate unsecured credit-card debt, employment or income, and general debt type.

These questions are intended to determine whether the currently available third-party program may be relevant. They do not constitute financial or legal advice and do not guarantee eligibility or enrollment.

We do not intentionally send the specific quiz answers to Meta through the Meta Pixel. Qualified visitors may be offered the ability to call an independent provider.

Call tracking and recording

We use Marketcall to provide dynamic call tracking, attribution, and call routing. Marketcall may assign a temporary tracking number to a qualified website session and associate an incoming call with that session.

Calls may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance, compliance, attribution, training, fraud prevention, and other lawful purposes. The connected provider may deliver any additional notice required by applicable law.

Advertising and analytics

We may use Meta Pixel, Cloudflare Web Analytics, cookies, pixels, call-tracking technology, and similar tools to understand website use and measure advertising performance.

These technologies may receive information such as:

  • Website pages and interactions
  • Device and browser information
  • IP address and approximate location
  • Referral and advertising campaign information
  • Page-view and call-button-click events

The handling of information by Meta, Cloudflare, Marketcall, and other service providers is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

How we may use information

We may use information to:

  • Operate, maintain, and secure the website.
  • Determine whether the available third-party program may be relevant to a visitor.
  • Connect eligible callers with independent providers.
  • Measure website traffic, advertising performance, phone calls, and campaign attribution.
  • Identify technical problems, suspicious activity, fraud, or abuse.
  • Respond to questions and support requests.
  • Satisfy legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.

How information may be shared

Information may be shared with:

  • Independent debt-relief providers and their service representatives.
  • Website hosting, DNS, security, analytics, advertising, call-tracking, and technology providers.
  • Business partners involved in call routing, attribution, quality assurance, and reporting.
  • Government agencies, regulators, courts, or other parties when required or permitted by law.
  • A successor or acquiring party in connection with a business transfer, reorganization, or similar transaction.

Third-party providers

Independent providers receiving calls may request information about debts, creditors, income, expenses, identity, and financial circumstances. Information provided directly to those parties is governed by their respective privacy practices.

Guardian Debt Services does not control every independent provider’s data-handling practices.

Data retention

Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for business operations, attribution, fraud prevention, recordkeeping, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and enforcement of agreements.

Data security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information. No website, call system, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your choices

Browser settings and privacy tools may allow restrictions on cookies, tracking scripts, and similar technologies. Restricting these technologies may affect website functionality, attribution, and dynamic call tracking.

Questions about information associated with you may be submitted through the contact information below. Rights and available requests may vary depending on applicable law and location.

Children’s privacy

This website is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly offer debt-relief connection services to children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
